TopShot entries
TopShot entries close on June 18th. All details are at topshot.myphotoclub.com.au
Print entries will need to be labelled as per the competition instructions, and please pack each entry separately as this makes them easier to check off and sort for judging.
Prints can be dropped at Kaz’s place by arrangement no later that 15 June or brought to the meeting next Tuesday.
Print entries also still need to be uploaded to the website just like our own competitions.

Its a week to go to our 2021 Exhibition in the Old Courthouse.
We look back to June 2012 when we had the exhibition in the Old Court House.
Can you remember all the images? Maybe you were not a member then? Please help support the next Exhibition commencing at 8:00am on 19th June and running until late afternoon of the 20th June. Some 20 members have allowed us to hang their precious images for public viewing.
Invite your family and friends to come and see the members personal photographs and over one hour of Movie Makers videos and audio visuals.

Speaker 8 June
Sadly, William Patino has had to cancel his meeting with us on 8 June but Jill Bartlett has worked hard to organise an exciting speaker that we haven’t heard before. Charli Savage will speak about Conceptual Fine Art Photography. You can see some of her work at https://strangeworldphotography.com.au/
We will be meeting at the school

WCC Creative June – August
Our first Creative session with Shirley Steel was a resounding success and now we are looking forward to hearing Christine Brunton and Ilona Abou-Zolof next month.
July will be our month to display some of the images we have been experimenting with and discuss them with the group. You can upload one image per member to MPC (Show and Tell – under the July competition tabs).
You can also upload images (2 per member) to our Creative Comp page. This competition is separate from the Club pointscore comps and is primarily to gain feedback from our judge. These images will also be included when we make our selections for the Creative section of the InterClub competition.
Get snapping

Where you can see the Australian Silo Art Trail.
I am sure many of us have enjoyed seeing many of the beautiful Silo Art images , indeed I had success with a monochrome silo image in the recent competition.
I have just found the website and also that they have published a book for photographers to locate the images whilst planning their holidays. Please support these artists and townships on your holiday. The Facebook Group has a weekly competition for your Silo Art images. Why not have a go with one of yours.
