Our Club’s next “get-together” is planned for Tuesday 31st October by way of a BBQ at Stuart Park, North Beach, weather permitting. Ideally we should be sitting down to our meal by 7.30 pm at the latest.
The meeting point is at the 5th shelter (shed) on top of the hill as you approach Stuart Park. The 6th and 7th sheds have free gas cooking facilities that are user friendly.
If you prefer not to BBQ, then a pre-cooked picnic meal would be ideal.
You would need to bring all your own cutlery, crockery, BBQ tools, paper towels for cleaning the BBQ plate, thermos of hot water if making tea/coffee etc. etc.
Sunset will be around 7.20 pm., thereby providing an opportunity for some twilight photography from around 6.00 pm until dinner time. Those interested can meet at the nominated meeting point.
