The sole purpose of the Special General Meeting is for Members to Vote on a Special Resolution to adopt an updated version of the Club’s Constitution.  Passage of a Special Resolution currently requires agreement from 75% of the eligible membership which is why we are seeking support from all of you.

Our regular program, the Photo Group Competition, will commence immediately after the SGM, with Judge Peter Sherlock.
