Invite to join ZOOM
As we are preparing to enter this new era of the Club, the future meetings will be held online using a software package called “Zoom”.
Invitations have been sent to all members in order to participate in the Clubs online activities that are being planned for the next few months. Further details will be posted to you all as soon as the new committee have had the opportunity to get together to discuss the programme. The Committee will have their first online meeting using Zoom in the next few days.
Thank you all for your involvement and I am sure we will survive this unusual period in the Club’s history.

Points scores now available for Year to Date totals 2019
Hi all Members:-
Version 2 of MPC has now been updated to give you easy access to view the Year to Date totals for all the published EDI and Print competitions.
This is available to all members to review their score for Year to date and if the scoring is correctly recorded after the competitions. Please review after each Month’s points are published and good luck to all members for the 2019 Competitions.
Go to the members Button on the Home Page and click Members then Competitions. Then look for the View Points Scores button and proceed as below.
You can select each Points score from the above screen.

Current Status of MyPhotoClub Version 2 – Saturday 16th Feb
This week has gone well and today one of the final processes has been tested and now active for new members. The Grading of new members who submit 6 entries and our Grading Panel assess and award the appropriate Grading to that member. Thanks to all the management Team for their help and patience.
One small step for Mankind – One giant leap for Wollongong Camera Club. Thanks to MyPhotoClub designer, Colin Woods.

Current Status of MyPhotoClub Version 2
Well, things have progressed well with the upgrade.
You can now add your images to the 2019 Competitions. Be sure to look at the Tutorials that Bruce showed last meeting.
The 2019 Competition definitions are available from the Club Competitions, Rules and Documents Button on the Home Page.
Thanks for your patience and we look forward to a faster and more productive Competition year with this upgrade. Please review your profile details and ensure your information is up to date. Would be good to see a small image of yourself added as well.
More details will be posted as some new special features get added in the next few weeks .

MyPhotoClub Version 2 Update as at 17:30 today
The update is currently being tested by the Software Team and things are looking good. We will advise you very soon when you can commence adding images. Please ensure to review the videos if you have any issues.

MyPhotoClub Version 2 update is about to affect you
Hi All,
Please note that after the closing of the EDI competition on Tuesday evening 12th Feb, the system will be unavailable for a few hours whilst the upgrade to the new MPC version 2 takes place on Wednesday 13th Feb.
This will affect us as the system will be unavailable to Members and Judges from Midnight for most of the day on Wednesday. So please be understanding until Thursday. The Management/Competition Team will be checking the update through Wednesday as soon as it becomes available.
Please take this opportunity to view the YouTube videos that Colin has prepared to see what you will need to do in the Competition entry etc..
